Groundbreaking Ceremony for the Largest Solar Farm in Nigeria – In a significant step
towards boosting Nigeria’s renewable energy capacity, Bank of Energy has partnered with
Green Power Solutions to commence construction on what will be the largest solar farm in
Nigeria. Located in Kaduna State, this project is expected to generate over 100 MW of clean
energy, providing electricity to thousands of homes and businesses.
Successful Completion of the “Power 2028” Initiative Kick-off Date to be confirmed – Bank
of Energy, Nigeria is preparing kick-off of the “Power 2028” initiative, aimed at powering all
government buildings with solar energy by 2028. The initiative will inaugurated by key
government officials, and the first phase includes detailed assessments and installations in
major federal buildings.
